Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Manage inventory levels and assist with forecasting needs.
Report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
