Sanofi Pasteur Limited is looking for a motivated and results driven individual to join our Immunochemistry team as a Production Facilities Operator. Key responsibilities will include the following: 

Position Summary:

1. First line responder:

  • Responds to production requests regarding any maintenance related issue.
  • Troubleshoots and assesses all maintenance related issues to facility equipment including Autoclaves, VHP generators, CIP system, Parts Washer, Biowaste Inactiviation System, Waste Neutralization System.

2. Oversees and coordinates all planned and unplanned maintenance activities:

  • Oversees and coordinates all planned and unplanned maintenance activities on facility equipment including Autoclaves, VHP generators, CIP system, Parts Washer, Biowaste Inactiviation System, Waste Neutralization System.

3. Writes, reviews and maintains all cGMP documents:

  • Writes, reviews and maintains all cGMP documents (including non-conformances) for the facility equipment including Autoclaves, VHP generators, CIP system, Parts Washer, Biowaste Inactiviation System, Waste Neutralization System.

4. Supports other cross functional teams

  • Supports other cross functional teams with process improvements and development of facility equipment including Autoclaves, VHP generators, CIP system, Parts Washer, Biowaste Inactiviation System, Waste Neutralization System.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum four to five (4-5) year University Degree (Engineering) and have obtained an Electrical Trade License. In addition, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required.
  • Previous relevant experience in either a Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical facility.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem solving ability.  Experience in trouble-shooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make quick decisions in accordance with SOPs and training.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to enter data accurately and concurrently.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
