What you'll do:
Own the development of In-House products and solutions to improve revenue and profits for Joe Fresh, leading from the business side of the organization
Collaborate with business teams, technical product managers, data scientists, software engineers to build best-in-class algorithms, user-friendly solutions, and create processes to automate basic functions
Measure, benchmark and forecast the expected benefit of the product/solution
Represent the voice of the customer and actively seek customer feedback, behaviours and analytics, ensuring that all partners are considered and represented when developing the product/solution
Support agile development, implementation and continuous improvement at Joe Fresh.
Partner with the merchandising/category team with the shared goal of improving return on investment, and providing the business unit with tangible dollar value.
Present progress updates to Loblaw Leadership
Extract and summarize complex data to improve business decisions
Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting timelines
Closely adhere to legal and compliance guidelines, regarding access and exposure to sensitive and confidential information
Foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver high-impact presentations on complex topics to leaders at all levels.
Experience in product management, roadmap development and prioritization from a business perspective.
Detail-focused approach and exceptional organizational skills.
Superb analytical and conceptual thinking skills; to not only manipulate but also derive meaningful interpretations from data.
5-7 years’ experience leading cross functional work in a large, retail organization, preferably in a product or program management role.
Data mining experience working with a large relational customer database an asset.
Experience in BI platform (Power BI, Micro strategy, Cognos, SAS, etc.), and project management tools (Jira, Aha, Confluence, etc.) an asset.
Understanding of the apparel product lifecycle an asset.
Post-Secondary Degree in related field.
