Job Description

What is the opportunity?

In this you will own the end-to end product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This role requires driving execution across various initiatives by coordinating different teams. A keen interest in data is beneficial. A successful candidate is a smart individual who can hold their own, cares about the product and has stakeholder empathy

What will you do?

  • Own the end-to-end execution of  various products in a dynamic and fast paced environment – from building prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to fully launching these solutions into production
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  • Use your analytical and problem solving skills to break down complex problems and make data-driven decisions and tradeoffs to help set the direction for the team
  • Maintain and refine a backlog: create user stories and assign priority to all stories
  • Assist in creating product roadmaps and own periodic maintenance of roadmaps
  • Closely track internal progress and proactively communicate potential delays with stakeholders
  • Assess risk and work with team to create mitigation measures and communicate across stakeholders
  • Assist in evaluating ROI for suite of products by assessing cost and economic benefit for individual products
  • Dive into the weeds when needed – create mockups, write detailed product specifications, track progress in building prototypes/MVPs, and validate solutions. 
  • Coach and manage a group of interns, co-ops and GRPs (Graduate Rotational Program) associates who will assist in driving product execution

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2-3 years of Product/ Business Analysis experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enough technical know-how to talk to technical teams about architecture and technical considerations that impact the products developed and to have a thoughtful point of view about solutions
  • Experience working in Agile projects
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
