We are now recruiting for a Product and Market Innovation Manager to join our Product and Innovation team. This is a hybrid role that includes work from our head office in Burnaby, BC one day a week and up to 4 days a week at home. Apply this week if you would like to take on this role.
Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Product and Market Innovation Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and launching new strategies, services, features, and benefit to grow the value proposition within the expanding product and service offering.
You will work with key stakeholders internally to ensure that there is a smooth go-to-market execution of products and services.
The Manager will leverage key insights, understand the competitive market, develop products and services, drive key segments and sales channels, plan and execute marketing launch campaigns.
In this role you would provide leadership within the teal to concept, co-create, prototype, validate, and get buy-in for new products and services.
This role monitors progress of milestones and key performance indicators within the team and works closely with the product team to improve the value proposition of PBC products and services.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in strategy, marketing, product management or service design
- Successful track record in developing and executing creative strategies and tactics to meet business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Marketing, Economics or an equivalent field
