What is the opportunity?
As a Private Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with HNW Home and Auto clients by providing ongoing service, renewal handling and claims support. You will also partner with Private Client Insurance Specialists to build and manage HNW client relationships that provide a one-of-a-kind customer experience with “Concierge Service” that fully protects their wealth, possessions and lifestyle. A unique role with RBC Insurance that has a large upside from a career perspective
What will you do?
Continuously building trusted relationships with HNW Home and Auto clients as client relationship manager
Effectively partner with Private Client Insurance Specialists to meet HNW client’s individual home and auto insurance needs by delivering extraordinary value to our clients. Identifying exposures, determining the appropriate solutions to those exposures and advising the customer with solutions that are best suited for them with the highest level of integrity.
Providing professional and prompt client service for new and existing clients through all processes after the sale is made including new business, service requests, appraisals, billing and claims handling
Renewing accounts, preparing renewal account summary, negotiations with underwriters for premium and preparing renewal package, deliver renewal package electronically to client and schedule a renewal review with client
Contributing to premium growth targets by up-selling and cross-selling new coverages and product lines
Assisting Private Client Insurance Specialists in preparing new business quotation proposals in a timely manner
Maintaining all accounts in accordance with Best Practices and assures timely processing of endorsements and renewals
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum 5-7 years of P&C experience working with High Net worth clients
General Insurance License, Property & Casualty Insurance or RIBO license
Post-Secondary Education is preferred or related job experience
Passionate about client experience and committed to exceeding expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of High Net Worth insurers would be a plus
