 Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership over the offshore development team, coaching them, prioritizing and assigning their work.
  • Completing code reviews prior to solutions going to production
  • Take on API development as required.
  • Propose, challenge, influence, and complete system improvements to support business processes
  • Creating solution proposals for project team and delivery team audiences
  • Provide necessary guidance to testers during the quality assurance process
  • Build partnerships with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday and other platform teams to understand priorities and initiatives
  • Leverage MuleSoft and BlackBerry best practices, including packaging, security and release management.
  • Participate and present in product and functionality demos with users and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with developers to pair up, outline and implement solutions to business problems
  • Define and execute testing of acceptance criteria of system changes
  • Learn new MuleSoft ecosystem tools and products

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience technical or development role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical business partners to solicit and document business solution requirements
  • Experience with business problem/process and solution documentation tools such as Confluence wiki, Lucidchart and Visio
  • Critical thinking and problem solving for customer requests such as root cause analysis
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, presenting and facilitating discussions with stakeholders and technical team.
  • Knowledge of common database engines
  • Developing experience in MuleSoft
  • Self-starter that shows initiative and ability to reverse engineer technical solutions

Other Assets for this role:

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
  • Experience with system integrations tools
  • Experience in other platform tools:  Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday
