Job Summary:
Ledcor are hiring a Pre-Employment Representative for a full-time position based in Edmonton. In this position you will be responsible for processing hires into various systems for assigned portfolios and ensuring pre-employment requirements are completed.This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting data transactions across our data platforms through attention to detail.
This position will be based out of Edmonton and is a work from home position with office attendance required once per week in our Edmonton Campus.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing union and non-union hire requests submitted through Workday across different businesses within Ledcor by following established process and practices.
- Contacts new hires to assist them through Workday tasks and pre-employment/pre-access requirements.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to arrange services for drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and scheduling safety training.
- Collection and review of documentation such as Driver’s License, Motor Vehicle Records, Proof of Residency.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume data driven environment
- Excellent customer service and service compliant resolution skills
- Strong communication and listening skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
- Strong sense of urgency as part of daily work style
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
