Responsibilities

Job Title: Potato Supply Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Potato Supply Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of raw materials and information between suppliers and manufacturing. This includes ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, orders are entered in a timely manner, and shipments are received and delivered as scheduled. The Potato Supply Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed
  • Manage the suppliers and ensure we are receiving raw materials that meet our specifications
  • Drive IPS & PQM agenda for the PC department  
  • Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that supply chain processes are aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure that all supply chain activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage hourly employees

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Knowledge of PC manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management tools
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
