Reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation, the Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer will be responsible for assistance in designing TM1 models for the Moncton-based companies. This would include starting all new models for a company or adding components for existing TM1 models.

We work closely with great teams across Finance and our Operations to implement and improve Finance solutions regarding Financial Modeling, Data Visualization, Analytics, Automation, and ERP financials. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our organization. We look for individuals with experience in this area or people looking to broaden their horizons. Our mission is to make everything in finance easier, better, and faster.
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis with an aptitude for technology, or a background in technology with an aptitude for finance.
What we are looking for:
- A University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- An accredited financial designation (CPA, CA, CMA.) is an asset;
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience of performing any of these activities:
- Experience with Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Financial modeling
- Solutions designing
- Knowledge of programming such as MS Excel VBA macros;
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel;
- You are analytical and have a strong understanding of statistics;
- Knowledge of financial business processes (ERP, billing, other specific systems).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive financial models for planning and analysis;
- Modeling and development for TM1 application;
- Gather requirements and design TM1 objects (cube, dimensions, etc) based on business requirements;
- Design Turbo Integrator (TI) processes to pull data into TM1 and between TM1 objects;
- Creating and designing applications for the end-user.
