Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with prescription counselling/ OTC questions/ counselling
• Provide Medication Reviews/Care Plans to eligible patients along with developing a follow up and monitoring plan
• Contact physicians to make recommendations for changes in therapy
• Provide prescription assessment including initial workup and diagnosis
• Administer various vaccines
• Organize patient centered clinic days offering various Professional Services
• Provide Point-of-Care Testing
• Renew and adapt prescriptions
• Assess common aliment symptoms and recommend self-care or over-the-counter treatments.
• Prescribe medications for certain minor ailments
