Performance Quality Engineering Specialist

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Responsible for driving quality and champion defect prevention/early defect detection in the nonfunctional area.

What will you do?

Experience with analysis of  Nonfunctional requirements from performance and security perspective for agile and non-agile projects.

• Hands on experience in performance test case design and analysis of results at different levels (component/service, integration, end to end/user scenarios), security testing and other types on nonfunctional testing
• Hands on experience developing production work load models and coordinate test environments scaled to run ‘close to prod’ performance tests
• Hands on experience with Environment mapping of performance testing environment against production
• Hands on experience with Diagnostics processes and tool such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics  in non-production environment to diagnose performance bottlenecks early during delivery life cycle.
• Hands on experience with leveraging service virtualization for Performance Testing 
• Hands on experience with Network virtualization for Mobile Performance testing

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or information Technology or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience including development and defining and owning test automation infrastructure for a large enterprise, ability and interest in developing test automation frameworks from scratch
  • Fluency in variety of languages, frameworks and tools for automated testing solution such as JavaScript, Node.js, Java TestNG, Rest Assured, Robot framework Selenium, Jasmine, Cucumber, Protractor, MongoDB.
  • Solid experience in technologies Java/Python, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SpringBoot/Angular/React/Django/.net, Rest APIs /JSON/XML/ Microservices (Containers), SQL Language / MySQL/MongoDB/PostgresDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis,
  • Good hands-on Java development and familiarity with complex software systems in microservices architecture
  • Expert working knowledge in service virtualization and creating stubs with tools Para Soft, Wire Mock, RIT
  • Expert knowledge in test tools like Load runner, Jmeter, RIT, WireMock
