The Central Operations Control team in the Operations sector, Delivery of IT security infrastructures and assets, is currently looking for two Operators. Our team is in charge of managing production, incidents and IT to IT requests.

Warning

A full-time day shift over 3 days Thursday to Saturday of 12,5 hours. (6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

In compliance with all procedures and service agreements (SLA),

Your role:

Ensure close and constant monitoring of each application assigned to you

Rigorously monitor production work and report delays / errors

Perform requests from one IT group to another

Record incidents and problems using the tool provided

Ensure resolution of issues under your control as quickly as possible by contacting stakeholders and follow up or escalate where appropriate

Follow the procedures in place and improve them as needed

Follow the documentation in place and clarify it as needed

More specifically, you will have to:

Demonstrate a spirit of analysis and proactivity

Demonstrate interest / experience in task automation

Demonstrate an ease in communicating with your colleagues

Promote a high sense of team spirit

Have to perform / read / exchange in both English and French (international partners)

Competencies required:

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the industry and three years of relevant experience
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of French and English (advanced knowledge)
  • Have a facility for multi-tasking
  • Knowing how to combine performance and concentration
  • Demonstrate qualities of teamwork
