Job Overview:
Adecco is seeking a skilled Onsite Supervisor to oversee our Data Collection Services team. As the primary point of responsibility on-site, you will manage field operations, ensure proper scheduling, and maintain high standards of data collection. This position requires close collaboration with the our client's program staff and the Adecco Account Management Team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between our client's program staff and Adecco Account Management regarding scheduling, monitoring, and project updates.

• Oversee the scheduling of Data Collection Representatives using the When I Work platform to ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Review field operations, document observations, and provide regular reports on data collection activities.

• Attend bi-weekly and/or monthly meetings with our client's and Adecco to discuss observations, talent review, and future project needs.

• Manage pre-deployment training for Data Collection Representatives before special project launches.

• Conduct spot audits in the field, provide coaching, and ensure that representatives adhere to Best Practices.

• Handle ad-hoc requests related to the Data Collection Program as needed.

• Able to work shift work (mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in field operations or data collection.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as When I Work is an asset.

• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching and performance management.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work shift work (mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays)
