- Administrative support to all functional leaders in Landmark office
- Administer and coordinate the contract producer contracts
- Coordinator of the MLAF Lease Vehicle Program
- Coordinator of the MLAF Telecommunication Program
- Coordinate all MLAF social events (non-social committee)
- Scheduling onsite/offsite meetings for MLAF staff
- Scheduling of travel arrangements for functional leaders
- Travel & Expense support
- Coordinates the monthly EMTG reports and associated scheduling
- Oversees the location lunches/events i.e., Town Hall, BBQ’s
- Provide back-up coverage to main reception i.e., lunches, breaks, absences and vacation
- Coordinates the MLAF Swag Program
- Ensures appropriate cleaning supplies on site
- Coordinates the monthly communication board, distribution, and presentation
- Adhoc requests
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Two years of related experience in office administration
- Must possess strong skills in:
