Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering student with at least 1.5 years of mechanical engineering studies completed
Excellent communication and professional skills: must be fluent in French (please submit your resume in French)
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel)
Must be enrolled in an accredited academic institution and returning to school full time after the internship
A valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
Participate in the technical evaluation and the development of improvement projects
Advance mechanical and interdisciplinary projects to completion
Implement project steps from initial idea, through design, planning, construction, and project closure
Perform root cause analysis of operational issues
Determine, develop, and present solutions to identified problems
Provide technical support to maintenance, reliability, construction, and operations groups
Location and other Key Details:
This is a 4 month work term starting in May 2025
You will work out of our Montréal office, located at 11701 Sherbrooke Street East
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
