POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager, Warehouse & Material Supply, the incumbent will be responsible for activities in the indirect purchasing process.

Reporting to the Manager, Warehouse & Material Supply, the incumbent will be responsible for activities in the indirect purchasing process.

- Purchase order creation, confirmation, and maintenance in SAP
- Communication with a large quantity of internal sites, to ensure adherence to the purchase order process
- Order entry and creation of purchase requisitions for MLAF Warehouse products
- Support, set up and training of new vendors and new users in SRM
- Maintaining preferred vendor and catalogue compliance
- Resolution of issues related to invoice matching and price variance
