Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.
 

 

Marketing Support Clerk

The Marketing Support Clerk 6 will report directly to the Product Manager, Branches. This position requires an innovative and creative mindset, marketing writing skills, in-depth knowledge of operations, and the ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong attention to detail. In this role, the successful candidate will be able to leverage their marketing skills to promote better understanding, and engagement with operational teams and internal partners.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and update communications and sales tools (including the intranet site and other documents) about offers and marketing programs for all distribution channels
  • Coordinate and implement, with the help of business analysts, any changes to offers across the various systems
  • Analyze internal reports and customer data to identify challenges and new opportunities
  • Active contribution to the overall marketing cycle planning process
  • Coordinate project tasks with the team and other departments (e.g. prepare brief for communications team)
  • Effective communications, issues management and project progress reporting
  • Responsible for building effective communications, managing complex or problematic situations and maintaining good documentation of project status
  • Support the marketing team in various initiatives

Skills and abilities

  • University degree with a specialization in sales or marketing is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent attention to detail, focus and follow-through required
  • Excellent ability to prioritize workload
