Why This Role Is Important:
Marketing Coordinator, PC Services will assist in executing retail, digital and CRM campaigns for The Mobile Shop, PC mobile and PC Insurance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PC Services Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, curious and analytical marketing professional to build skills and experience in end-to-end planning and execution of strategic, multi-channel campaigns that combine digital, enterprise and in-store marketing tactics to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will provide key support in the execution of key acquisition programs, drive improvement through test & learn and lead project delivery - working closely with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to make it all happen. You’ll join a fast-paced team on growing retail and digital businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with campaign planning and lead execution and reporting for a full retail calendar of multi-channel campaigns
- Lead the execution of campaigns and projects, working with external agency partners, internal counterparts, translation, legal and finance to ensure all angles are covered and approved
- Work with partners to create actionable post-reports to understand performance, successes and areas to improve or further test
- Collaborate on the management of a multi-channel always-on prospecting program that combines digital, in-store and website content components
- Strengthen the messaging and creative additions/evolutions of digital programs to drive increased consideration of The Mobile Shop and PC Insurance
- Collaborate with the team on creative processes to align all programs under one brand and customer experience
- Write clear partner briefs that guide the teams to deliver high performing creative, media, digital, store, etc programs and projects
- Participate in brainstorming/planning sessions for to address new and existing business needs
- Own the monthly finances associated with your projects and programs
What You Bring:
- University degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing within a Services related industry (telecom, banking, insurance, etc.) with hands-on experience managing and executing on multi-channel campaigns
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Creative experience – either hands-on or working with an agency partner to finalize plans
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programs
- Detail-oriented, with high-standards to QA and deliver flawless content
- Driven to deliver constant improvements and suggest new ideas to drive customer acquisition
- Analytical nature to understand “the why”; Ability to identify opportunities and suggest solutions for problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Retail or telecom marketing experience is an asset
- Understanding of CASL requirements is considered an asset
- Experience with Canva or other design tools is an asset
