POSITION SUMMARY
The BlackBerry marketing team is looking for an energetic and creative student to support the team in the development and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, website updates, social media and events.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Length of Term: 8 Months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management of marketing activities including campaigns, product launches, events, website changes, collateral etc.
Manage the creation and promotion of marketing collateral and web content - working with internal stakeholders, creative team and external agencies
Support the creation of social media posts (LinkedIn & Twitter) and manage social calendar as required
Support the reporting & analysis of marketing data (website, email, lead generation campaign, social media event post event reports etc.)
Assist with set up and management of digital ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn)
Proofread and polish PowerPoint slides - including updating templates and graphics
Support the creation of emails via Knack
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a relevant post-secondary degree (3rd or 4th year preferred)
Organized: Ability to coordinate multiple projects with multiple deliverables, competing priorities and due dates and many stakeholders and make sure everything is done right and on time.
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with social media tools including reporting
Good verbal and written communication skills
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation tools (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) an asset
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics) a strong plus
Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools a plus
