Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Hands on SAP Ariba Downstream Module experience in implementing (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying & CIG).
- Work with business SME to drive the requirement and solution and liaise with SAP consultants ensure client's requirements are met in the implemented SAP Solution which will focus SAP Ariba 3) Downstream (Ariba Buying & Guided Buying) and integrate with S4/HANA
- Identify the product gap and make solution recommendations and implement with SAP.
- Travel requirement for consultant to client site in Canada during explore phase to conduct workshops and later in other phases as need arises.
- Prepare the process document and interface points (work with cross team for integration points)
- Testing experience - Define and own test scenarios, test scripting, test execution, map the business requirement against the test cases and support to UAT.
- Define IT / business cutover task and work with SAP Ariba for execution.
- Lead, upskill, guide junior resources.
- Understanding of the share service team during different phases of the project.
- Understanding of Ariba connect to raise defect with SAP Ariba team.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 or more full project lifecycle implementations of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing with Guided Buying, desirable experience in SAP MM is recommended.
- Strong configuration skills in ARIBA downstream (Procure to pay) Modules
- Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points between Ariba Buying and Invoicing and other SAP Materials Management module
- Understanding of Ariba Upstream solution
- Understanding of the Ariba Network solution
- Global Project experience is desired.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in leading teams in the delivery of SAP functionality in a project environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
- Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
- A comprehensive understanding of Source to Pay business processes.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver results with an aggressive timeline.
