Day In The Life:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the support, development and continued implementation of HR Technology at Hudson’s Bay. They will lead a team accountable for all HR applications and system configuration including core HR, learning and development, talent acquisition, and the development and distribution of critical reports to the organization.
This position ensures that accurate business processes/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within the HRIS to support various teams and initiatives. The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the development, deployment, and support of new and existing processes and tools.

What You Will Need:

5-7 years of Experience with HCM/HR Technology, with a proven track record of providing resolution to complex problems

Experience with the implementation/management of HR Technology such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, Taleo, etc.

In-depth understanding and knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures

Functional contributor to system enhancements and changes

Solid understanding of organizational management and ability to relate employee moves and changes to corresponding positions within the org structure.

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills

Change management knowledge
-
Experience leading/mentoring more junior members in the team

Hands on experience configuring Core HR modules and collaborating with team members on other modules.
