Works directly with clients and business leaders to identify the analytical needs and requirements of the business.
Collaborate with business and functional partners and make decisions that focus resources to achieve the most effective, efficient outcomes that benefit the team, RBC and the entire organization.
Works directly with technology support on the development and testing of applications and client reporting requests.
Assist with inquires and requests from Risk/Compliance.
Conduct Performance Reviews of team members.
Collects, identifies and analyzes business data to review and evaluate the organization's business performance.
The Manager will provide oversight and assistance with the teams mandate and responsibilities, including:
Trade matching and allocation
Receive and investigate reconciliation inquiries from clients on account activity
Review Prime Brokerage client accounts daily for margin calls. Report calls to client, risk management, and ensure margin calls are met by clients
Voluntary Corporate Action notification and handling of instructions.
Facilitate client fund movement and asset transfer requests
Trade Matching and Settlement Issues - Review and investigate/resolve with client, stock loan and settlement department
New Issue allocation
Buy-In Notification
Assist with client onboarding and new accounts
Skills required:
