As our Manager, Digital Analytics & Insights, you play a mission critical role in the evolution of the practice and accomplishing our analytics roadmap. Reporting to the Director, Digital Product, Agility and operations, your main responsibilities are:

Develop and manage a team of digital analytics analysts to help business teams, across multiple lines of business, derive customer insights from digital analytics datasets.
Design, build, maintain and validate digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools to systematically analyze customer behavior and experience trends.
Work very closely with Product and Marketing teams to define business KPIs, conduct deep-dive analysis, and make recommendations that tie customer online behavior to business objectives.
Continuously educate digital analytics end-users and implement appropriate data, tools and processes to enable them for easy, quick and accurate self-serve reporting.
Provide strategic advice and analysis to grow and evolve our customer engagement
Collaborate with other business partners , like Marketing on analytics programs;
Lead and partner with other teams on A/B and multi-variate testing efforts to improve customer experience;
Partner with BI & Data platform team to democratize data across the organization;
Continually evolve analytics processes and tools;
Incorporate new sources of data to improve understanding of digital business and customers;
Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to the digital platform;
Build a roadmap to express digital analytics insights evolution and top priorities;
Explore and leverage opportunities to personalize the digital customer experience.

Your Skills

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or related roles
3+ years of experience in Web Analytics using Adobe Analytics;
Between 3 to 5 years in a Manager role
Significant experience with measurement of A/B tests;
Fluent in building reports and visualizations using Power BI (or similar BI tools);
Strong problem-solving ability;
Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
Self-starter, with the ability to proactively make relevant recommendations to the business.
