About This Opportunity
In this role, you will manage and deliver the annual category business plans along with managing the innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
• Manage the innovation pipeline for the categories: optimize existing package/flavour assortment in line with relevant consumer insights, and ensuring new Coke Canada SKUs are all profitable, commercially viable, and executed successfully in the market
• Lead scorecard development for innovation and category responsible for providing Coke Canada’s position re: Brand, Pack, Price & Channel to ensure we effectively target priority occasions, shoppers and missions
• Collect information to assess projects for approval in the bottler Stages &Gates commercialization process, ensuring business case is commercially viable (including forecasts)
• Develop Canadian sales selling decks stories to support the sell-in of our Coca-Cola Limited and Partner innovations
• Develop action plans to close gaps against business plan
Qualifications
• 4+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional work environment
• Strategic & analytical thinking, demonstrated thought-leadership
• Ability to draw insights and develop strategies grounded in facts
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Strong data analysis skills - Craft/Margin Minder, AC Nielsen, Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, data mining)
• Sales experience in Coke system or similar CPG sales experience calling on customers is an asset
• Relevant post-secondary is an asset
