Process secondary assignments, and where required primary assignments, upon requests for assigned Borrowers in accordance with established guidelines
Process transactions in ACBS upon requests from assigned Borrowers for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, participants are notified, rates are set and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement
Ensure all lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedure
Knowledge of Bank Systems used to manage the syndicated lending business: ACBS, ClearPar, Syndtrak
Act as verification officer for ACBS two touch transactions created by other Analysts
Act as a backup to other Analyst
Identify gaps in Agency processes and recommend changes to minimize operational/reputational risk
Required Skills:
Knowledge of the Syndicated Loan Market, especially as an Administrative Agent, and understands market conventions for managing the product
Knowledge of Syndicated Lending Operations including: Credit Agreement, loan servicing, revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, etc
Initiative to streamline and automate the settlement and servicing for loans
Comfortable managing all aspects of Agency servicing, including interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders: clients, Investors/Lenders, Syndications, Front office etc
