Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills in Analytical Storytelling Power BI Statistics KPI-Assessment & Rationalization EDA R Statistical Package MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint. Domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance will be strongly preferred.
What you will do
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data models and reporting tools using Power BI and other relevant software.
- Guide in Analytical Storytelling to effectively communicate data findings to customers.
- Conduct thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and anomalies in data.
- Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Perform SQL Scripting to extract transform and load data from various sources.
What you bring to the role
- 8+ years of Data Analysis Skills and Capabilities with the ability to drive Analysis independently
- Hands on Experience in Analyzing, Identifying and Documenting Transformation Logic and Rules and producing Source to Target Mapping Documents with clear and concise Data Mapping Requirements.
- Solid skills in writing complex SQL queries.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Be meticulous and committed to data accuracy and integrity.
