What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

• Experience in cooking and customer service to prepare meals following standardized recipes, work within a set budget to reduce waste and improve production ( 2-5years).
• Passion to maintain food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.
• Planning skills to prepare menus, estimate quantities and ensure proper procurement.
• Leadership skills to work with a team and provide ongoing training.
• A Red Seal
