BCIT’s IT Services department requires a confident, customer-oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic Junior Systems Analyst (Fleet Analyst) to join our Service Enablement – Fleet Management Team. The Junior Systems Analyst works under general direction of the manager and supervision of senior staff. The primary focus of this position will be the deployment and support of computer hardware in a variety of office and lab environments. The analyst will be organized, able to professionally interact with clients at all levels of the organization while demonstrating strong technical aptitude, problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. The individual working in this role will be expected to be able to lift and transport desktop and laptop computers according to WorkSafeBC safety protocols.
