We are currently seeking a Jr. Analyst, Client Services Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of technology solutions while working on impactful projects. You will play a key role in driving data transformation, analytics, and internal productivity initiatives that directly influence decision-making and operational excellence.

Summer Internship: May 2026 - August 2026

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Design and implement internal productivity tools to enhance team effectiveness, including analysis of applications to determine best approach and solutions to support client services information gathering and dissemination

  • Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and visualization projects to improve data accuracy and provide actionable insights for senior management, leveraging tools such as PowerBI

  • Analyze Client Services data to identify patterns and trends that inform service improvements or future product offerings

  • Assist in maintaining and creating documentation on Confluence to ensure knowledge-sharing and process standardization across teams

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions

  • Partner closely with the Client Services, Business Analyst, and Development teams to guide and prioritize determined workflow and Technology solution initiatives

  • Support the creation of training materials and user guides to drive efficiency and adoption of new tools

Basic Skill Level Requirements

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Effective communication skills, including business writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally

  • A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute meaningfully to the team

  • Ability to work independently on projects, with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Tools:

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is an asset

  • Experience with SQL, or JavaScript; familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus

  • Knowledge of design principles, data modeling, process modeling, wireframes, and prototyping

Compensation

Salary Range: $22.00- $25.00/hour (CAD). Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
