4-month internship (full time) to start in May 2024
What this challenge is about
Your role will be to assist the Marketing team for the Quebec Office unit in implementing communications plans and tools aimed at promoting various projects and properties in Quebec (Place Ville Marie, Édifice Jacques-Parizeau and Le 1500, etc) as well as Nouveau Centre :
Help the team organize various types of marketing projects related to one or more properties;
Monitor various digital and social media platforms for office properties;
Participate in creating specific content for each social media platform (Facebook/Instagram) and for properties applications;
Help the team for the design and execution of property events such as the deployment of different engagement activations for the occupants and the PVM’s Esplanade summer event program;
Assist the team in developing projects related to rental of properties (presentations, brochures, etc.) and filming;
Support the team in the promotion of the PVM Gallery;
Support the team in carrying out various daily tasks;
Perform other related tasks.
What we’re looking for
Currently enrolled in the third year of a bachelor’s degree program in communications or marketing or another relevant program;
Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written; excellent writing skills in French and good writing skills in English; you will be required to work with unilingual partners and to read and write in English;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Canva an asset;
Have an interest in social media and be able to follow their evolution;
Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to multitask;
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build good working relationships;
Creativity and sense of initiative;
Resourcefulness and curiosity;
Professionalism.
