Position Summary
Quality Analyst will be responsible for performing standardized quality control audit on process quality for support cases to ensure they meet established quality standards and monitoring key Critical to Quality performance daily. You are required to perform calibration test, maintain & audit records for ISO compliance and identify areas for quality control improvement in addition to participate and support Senior Quality Analyst in process improvement if required.

- Communicate changes to processes and quality score card
- Excel, as well as data reporting
