Role overview
We are seeking a highly expert Infrastructure Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in Core Network, Database and SQL, Cloud Storage, Backup, DR Services ,Unix and Windows Server Admin.
What you’ll do
- Understand and resolve the key Challenges and Business impact for the Site (coordination with all AIMS teams and follow-up until closure).
- Avoid Potential P1s, expedite MTTR for P1s, reduce P2 incidents volume.
- Address reoccurring issues / RCAs / Proactive PB Management for the Site.
- Active operational involvement in Planning / Implementation of the Critical Changes for the Site.
- To review the list of servers supported by AIMS and to handle the missing ones.
- Will ensure stability of the manufacturing plant systems health and Operational Excellence and Obsolescence remediation.
What you bring to the role
- Possess a minimum of 12- 17 years of experience in project management with a proven technical background.
- Demonstrate expertise in Database, SQL, Core Network Backup, DR Services, Unix and Windows Server Administration.
- Exhibit excellent project planning scheduling and resource allocation skills.
- Expertise in risk management and problem-solving.
- Display a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
- Experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences Customer Service domain is a plus.
