Deep technology expertise in software and infrastructure (hybrid cloud and hardware)
Your Role and Responsibilities
Sales•Ability to follow the experiential selling approach to achieve faster adoption of IBM technology by clients•Ability to contribute to industry events and scale the awareness of IBM technology in target clients/marketsTechnology•Knowledge of IBM technology portfolio in software and infrastructure (hybrid cloud and hardware)•Ability to chose the right entry points for IBM technology at clients across Predict, Automate, Secure and Modernize domainsIndustry•Deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry (automotive, electronics and industrial products) processes and trends in their technology adoption•Ability to engage the C-Suite at clients on industry imperatives and strategy

- Participate in periodic account planning with client, brand, and ecosystem teams
- Lead opportunity identification via the leverage of relevant industry use cases
- Contribute to direct sales to clients with client teams and business partners
- Technology: Land and grow the IBM technology footprint at clients
- Ensure the leverage of replicable industry architectures to provide the correct scale for the client and IBM technology
- Industry: Enable industry focus in opportunity pursuits and client conversations
- Ensure the leverage of suitable references to address industry business needs in client pursuits
- Drive the enablement of the IBM industry community on the latest industry perspectives and content
