Job Summary
The HR Technology Analyst helps the HR function build a scalable and integrated HR technology foundation at HOOPP. The HR Technology Analyst will assist with the execution of the HR transformation roadmap, including the design, development, testing and roll-out of Workday solutions.
As a member on the HR Technology & Operations team, the Technology Analyst will be maintaining and improving the health of our Workday solutions. They will also be responsible for ensuring the HR data quality and integrity throughout the employee life cycle.
In collaboration with partners in HR, IT and other divisions, the HR Technology Analyst will assist internal users and help deliver HR shared services.
What you will do:
Maintain and support HR business processes for Workday
Define requirements, participate in all build/configuration, testing, and implementation activities to meet specifications of a project or service request.
Create and maintain requirement, config. documentation, knowledge articles, etc. assisting internal users in system adoption.
Liaise with IT and vendor consultants to acquire and expand knowledge of relevant products, product upgrades, support policies and solution delivery.
Help maintain the integrity and reliability of the current system (security roles, group management).
Serve as a subject matter expert for relevant Workday transactions including business process configuration, testing and other troubleshooting support
Participate in semi-annual Workday release testing, identify and implement features in line with the HR Technology roadmap
Identify and recommend opportunities that help drive seamless employee experience through self-service and automation
Responsible for HOOPP’s HR data integrity throughout the employee life cycle. Support HR partners in system transactions and help drive efficiency in data processing.
Support internal HR users with new functionalities (demonstrations, training, documentation)
Provide level 1 support to end-users. Triage, resolve, route or escalate incidents and requests via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Maintain data integrity by following HOOPP internal audit processes, reviewing reports, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or computer science field or equivalent work experience within the information technology industry or HR and data management experience
5+ years of experience working in HR with very strong understanding of HR Business processes from hire to retire life cycle
3+ years’ experience working with Workday including in a system setup/ongoing configuration/administrator capacity
Experience with HRISHCM systems core HR functions such as HCM, Absence, Learning, and Benefits
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Customer centric.

Preferred: Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules.
