Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s objectives.

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

• Provide guidance on HR compliance and labor laws to ensure organizational adherence.

• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.

• Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and concerns.

Qualifications: 

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
