Do you enjoy working on high-scale, complex, and high visibility projects and programs?  If yes, consider the following opportunity:

 

Seeking HR Business system analyst with working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud products -  Modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absences- Must have HCM knowledge.

 

What you will do:

  • Support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Timekeeper, employee benefits providers, Pension, Total rewards, Discounts, company active directory etc.
  • Work collaboratively with our different downstream owners and support groups at various capacities in analyzing and resolving HCM HR incidents (SSO, EFT, system outages, security) following IT processes (Change/Incident Management, Cyber Security, Management Approvals, etc)
  • Support HCM configuration management, security, and quality control in designs/implementations
  • Support/Configure, build and personalized Oracle HCM views, workflows, BI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas
  • Support our developers in HCM HR functional knowledge, analysis and testing capacity in troubleshooting issues or any enhancements
  • Create, update and monitor batch processing on our SaaS applications
  • Facilitate meetings and JAD sessions with various IT groups, HR functional and business partners to understand requirements and processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Conduct and support ITQA/functional teams in test planning and functional/system testing
  • Facilitate the review and prototyping sessions on SaaS product upgrades
  • Identify project scope, and estimate efforts, and duration to complete tasks. 
  • Design and assist with IT process improvements to ensure quality and quantity of work being delivered
  • Managing technical aspects of application software (GUI, SSO, user interfaces, third-party components, server bounce, restart)
  • Work closely on a timely basis with functional teams in supporting BAU activities from onboarding, and generating system ids to payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Creating RFC for incidents and maintenance requests properly aligning with our release calendars and embargo periods
  • Communicating to our stakeholders on incidents, scheduled outages, and releases.  
  • Creating internal and external service requests and following up until resolution

 

What you will bring:
Required Experience & Skills:

  • MUST have 2+ years of working experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionality (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, Absence Management)
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application and functionalities
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, and able to produce accurate, precise work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good to have technical skills:

  • SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, EBS Fast Formulas
  •  Software development support tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM etc)
  • SOA or Oracle Integration Cloud would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Kronos/UKG would be an asset
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors (eBiz/LMS) would be an asset
  • Knowledge in WIM would be an asset
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
