As part of the cyber security team, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to work through strategy and governance, organizational transformation, cyber defense, and cyber response.
What you will do
Our GTA office is seeking BBA & BComm students to our Cyber Security Transformation practice as an Intern/Co-op Consultant in Fall 2023 and Winter 2024.
As a Cyber Security Transformation consultant, you will specialize in delivering large-scale transformation programs through global service and methodologies and tool alignment to help build and improve strategic and digital cyber programs and processes.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of your own deliverables and responsibilities.
- Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders and speaking to them.
- Developing insights and forming hypothesis from research you’ve carried out and data you’ve collected.
- Project managing engagements, by ensuring stakeholders are aware of engagement status, developing actionable next steps and collaborating with the team.

What you bring to the role
You strive to make a meaningful and positive difference alongside your peers, to work collaboratively and with innovation at the forefront. You’re passionate about being involved in your local community and post-secondary institution and have a proven ability to achieve personal and professional success while being curious as you learn emerging practices and technologies.
You have a passion for, or strong interest in Technology and/or Cyber Security and are looking to use your skills and knowledge to find solutions that meet our clients' needs. You have a keen interest in technology and business issues, as well as good communication skills and the desire to take on early responsibility. You have business and commercial awareness and a desire to get involved in a variety of projects but do not necessarily require a background in technology (our current graduates have degrees in a variety of subjects)! Most importantly, you have an appetite to learn about cyber security and how we can best help keep our clients secure.

- Excellent communication skills being able to express insights, both written and orally.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organization and analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business risks

- Good understanding of information security domains and ability to demonstrate/explain them with real-world scenarios
