Employer : PointClickCare
For more than 20 years, PointClickCare has been the backbone of senior care. We’ve amassed the richest senior care dataset making our market density untouchable and our connections to the healthcare ecosystem exponentially more powerful than those of any other platform.
With Collective Medical & Audacious Inquiry, we’ve become the most expansive, full-continuum care collaboration network, offering care teams immediate, point-of-care access to deep, real-time insights at every stage of a patient’s journey.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you will be responsible for working closely with PointClickCare Segment and Product Leads to identify and prioritize customer and market needs. You will also be interacting regularly with business leaders within PointClickCare as well as key members of the Engineering team as you build out the solutions and deliver on the roadmap. Externally, you will also be establishing and managing strategic relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and priorities. They are all great people to work with!
The majority of your day will be spent defining and evolving product roadmaps, creating and collaborating on product market requirements, conducting market research and competitive analysis, pricing, developing value propositions, defining product milestones, product delivery planning, and providing training and support efforts.
You will be the key ambassador for our post-acute care collaboration products for risk bearing entities. This includes delivering and driving key objectives and business goals for the product, as well as responsibility for passionately evangelizing and supporting your product roadmap within the company and externally with customers.
