Collaborating with the Lead, Global Talent Acquisition Technology (GTAT), this pivotal resource supports multiple client groups from our Vancouver headquarters. We are an adaptable Agile team that supports Teck's global client groups in their operational, sustainment, configuration, and deployment of multiple recruitment technology tools. Together, we are efficiently advancing recruitment efforts and reduction of vacancies with groundbreaking recruitment technology!
The GTAT Team is specifically targeting individuals with a genuine love for training and supporting recruiters in developing the most efficient processes, making recommendations to optimize their recruitment workflows with innovative recruitment technologies spanning across the domains of: Recruitment Advertising and Marketing; Assessment; Candidate and Talent Relationship Management; Communications; and Headhunting / Talent Search / Sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Leading scheduled and ad-hoc education and training initiatives for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on recruitment industry best-practices in prospect and lead generation techniques
- Anticipating application bugs, resolving critical technology issues, advancing support matters to super administrators and/or vendor support
- Conducting data analysis on client-specific recruitment processes, and reporting on metrics, utilization, engagement, detailing current-state, and mapping recommendations for improvements
- Designing and implementing organizational change and communications around system improvements and net new recruitment technology product integrations
- Contributing towards key departmental work, crafting materials and aligned with strategic plans, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting cycles
- Collaborating and supporting the HRIS project team with user acceptance, integration, and system testing to further optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module
- Providing recommendations on job requisition, full-cycle recruitment, and approval processes efficiencies
- Actively participating in the ongoing evaluation, vetting, and demonstrations from emerging recruitment technology vendors
Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years+ combined work experience in full-cycle recruiting, recruitment administration, business analysis, training, and facilitation
- Expert-level understanding of full-cycle recruitment, tactical headhunting and talent sourcing strategies
- Passion for learning new skills and concepts quickly, and ability to grasp new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Tried and true communicator with an unparalleled ability to influence, present, facilitate, train, and collaborate across a wide range of partner groups and clearly articulate sophisticated technological concepts to a diverse audience, including those with no technical background
- Five (5) years configuration and implementation experience with modern-day ATS/CRM/TRM platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite combined with similar enterprise-grade applicant tracking systems like Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Desire to work efficiently and achieve results individually, and as a part of a cohesive working group, in a combined variety of agile and existing work environments
- Familiarity with the following principles; continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
