Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for first-line supervisory duties. The G/F has extensive knowledge of building systems and trades-related work. Responsibilities of the position include scheduling/pre-planning work, directing and monitoring work-related activity, ensuring that work is performed in a safe manner adhering to all related safety guidelines and regulations, quality of workmanship, work process efficiency, production costs and manage the morale and attitude of the staff. The G/F must be familiar with and capable of performing all duties of the Working Foreperson (W/F).
