Your role:
- Ensure healthy team management by creating a motivating climate that reflects your qualities as an accomplished leader

- Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills by simultaneously focusing on prospecting activities while developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from other business units at the bank and foster daily synergy
- Establish and maintain a strong market presence by building relationships with key industry stakeholders (accounting firms, advisors, law firms, and key industry and business leaders) and participating in related professional associations
- Stay abreast of the changing competitive market to ensure appropriate pricing/structuring of new transactions
- Understand market conditions that impact clients/maintain a strong knowledge of general economic conditions to ensure all risks are managed appropriately
- Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, grow your commercial clientele, and establish business development strategies
- Negotiate the terms of agreements with clients, ensuring they meet risk management standards and desired profitability criteria
- Manage relationships with sophisticated clients who typically have financing needs between $25 and $400 million in often transactional contexts
- Actively participate in various networking activities in the sector, such as 5 to 7 events, conferences, targeted benefit activities, etc.
- Identify risks inherent in the activities of the Corporate sector
Your team:
The National Accounts Group ("NAG") is composed of approximately 20 finance professionals and operates in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
You will report to the Executive Vice President & Head of the National Accounts Group.

Prerequisites:
- Depending on your academic background, a minimum of eight years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector:
- Bachelor's degree and ten years of experience
- Master's degree and eight years of experience
- Solid experience in personnel management
- Excellent credit skills, with experience in structuring complex senior debt financings (cash flow loans, private equity, and acquisition financing) as well as experience working in the syndicated loan market
- In-depth expertise in financial and business analysis and an understanding of inherent risks
- Strong knowledge of loans and auxiliary products and services (cash management, derivatives, etc.) as well as the ability to identify auxiliary business opportunities for existing and potential clients
- Established network of professional contacts with medium and large local companies
