Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Machine Operator to join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team in Vaughan, Ontario. This temporary position (with the possibility of becoming permanent), offering $21.50 per hour, is ideal for operators confident in handling Crown brand material handling equipment (MHE), including propane counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while meeting performance and productivity standards with minimal supervision.

- Pay rate: $21.50/hour.
- Location: Vaughan, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm
- Job type: Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Operate Crown propane counterbalance forklifts, Crown reach trucks, and Crown order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Move, stack, and organize materials and products within the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to track, pick, and verify inventory.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Proven experience operating Crown brand forklifts and MHE (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Order Picker).
- Comfortable operating Crown equipment — no training provided.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with measurable performance targets.
- Proficient in using RF scanning systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
