The Key Account Manager (KAM) for FoodService Sales contributes to PepsiCo Canada Food Service’s success by executing a selling strategy in assigned Food Service Accounts. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships to include negotiating customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans while successfully delivering against the customer's expectations. The KAM must develop strategic account plans in order to create sales proposals yielding profitable account development and growth. Further, this person must prepare and conduct quarterly internal presentations to ensure senior management alignment on plans and strategies.
Opening for a National Foodservice Key Account Manager managing Circle K & Costco Business. This person is responsible to manage the customer relationships, negotiating customer agreements that deliver against the annual operating plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an annual business plan and negotiate the customer CMA
- Leverage the Communication Process to drive Influence & Clarity within both the internal & external operating networks and stakeholders
- Build Quarterly Business Plan (QBP) –Build a forecast against Volume, Margin, Program Calendar and Contingency Programs
- Operate as a “Sales Leader” within the National Restaurant Business Segment
- Efficient Management of trade and assigned selling budgets
- Leverage Brand Programs & Innovation to secure customer programs & product listings
- Operate with a high level of customer wiring, demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in all levels of the customer organization.
- Build effective working relationships with internal partners; Field Sales Leaders, Finance, IT & Marketing
- Analyze business trends to develop contingency plans
