Adecco is currently hiring part-time Food Production Associates for our client's growing food production facility. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing high-quality food products while ensuring safety, consistency, and efficiency throughout the production process.

  • Pay Rate: 18.50/hour

  • Location: Balzac, AB

  • Shift: 8H shifts | Monday to Sunday | 8am - 4:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and prepare food products according to company standards.

  • Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in product assembly.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

  • Monitor product quality, reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • The production area is kept cold, similar to a refrigerated space. Please be prepared to work in a chilly environment.

  • A valid driver's license is required, and personal transportation is necessary as the location is not accessible by public transit.

  • Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is an asset.

  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.

  • The production facility operates in a cold environment similar to a refrigerated workspace

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures throughout their shift

  • This is an active role that may require standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
