Responsibilities

• Assisting with Annual Budgeting process – preparing templates and consolidating for review including loading budget in Adaptive Planning System
• Preparing budget comparison to prior year and to forecast
• Tracking Capital Investment costs, drafting reports and loading actuals into Adaptive Planning System for Variance comparison to Budget and Forecast
• Maintaining, rolling over to next reporting period and drafting various Month end and Quarter end Reporting decks i.e. Business Unit Leader’s deck
• Preparing Month end close calendar and checklist
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and journal entries
• Account reconciliations
• Automating/cleaning up current files on as needed basis

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Effective listening skills

• Comfortable – and successful – working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
