As a Field Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering, picking up, maintaining, and cleaning our client's medical equipment used on a rental basis by hospitals and nursing homes. You will interact directly with customers, providing instruction on equipment usage and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Perform deliveries and pick-ups using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck.
Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.
Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle.
Provide customers with instruction on safe and proper equipment usage.
Process delivery and pick-up documentation onsite with medical staff.
Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards.
Maintain a high level of customer etiquette in all interactions.
Valid driver's license.
Passion for helping and interacting with people.
Positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
Desire to establish a long-term career with one company.
