POSITION OVERVIEW
The overall responsibility of this role is to support the achievement of our sales goals by co-ordinating field activities and tracking performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, manage and distribute weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
• Gather content and prepare presentation for weekly Zone Manager Meeting.
• Compile weekly forecast data from Zone Offices to create and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Manage and update dealer contact management system (TSI eContact)
• Track DPIP dealer contact report submissions and publish monthly report.
• Manage and update the monthly CORe Dealer incentive program.
• Manage and update the monthly President’s Award of Merit results.
• Identify under-performing dealers and communicate areas of performance improvement for Field Staff.
• Track Field Staff performance based on KPI’s and distribute monthly reports.
• Create dealer performance dashboards for various sales KPIs.
• Work with DSM’s and Zone Managers and fulfill requests for sales data and sales analysis.
• Organize logistics and materials for Field Staff Meetings and Zone Manager Meetings.
• Assist with Zone communications including the monthly web-x’s and the weekly Zone Managers call.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions
• Completion of an undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of, and experience with SAP
• Knowledge of dealer/field operations an asset
