Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Executive Assistant to join a forward-thinking, industry-leading organization in Sudbury, ON. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture. You will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, and supporting communication across the organization.

  • Pay Rate: $73,500/yeaa

  • Location: Sudbury, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support and build strong internal relationships

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and corporate events, including logistics and coordination

  • Arrange and manage travel bookings for multiple team members

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership

  • Coordinate conference calls, venues, and catering for meetings and events

  • Oversee bookings and operations for specialized spaces (e.g., underground test mine)

  • Handle calls, mail, requests, and confidential information with discretion

  • Track and manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes

  • Support social media initiatives and communications as needed

  • Assist with various projects and ad-hoc tasks across departments

  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant role

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with event coordination and travel management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required

  • Experience with social media or communications support

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
