The Executive Assistant will be providing support for three key people in our Canadian Crop Protection Business. The Head of Marketing, The Head of Technology Solutions & Sustainable Agriculture (TSSA) and The Head of Human Resources.
This position will be in a hybrid work setting in our Guelph, ON location.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support i.e. travel arrangements and expense report, maintain marketing DLs in Outlook, Vacation and calendar/meeting scheduling while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate all internal meeting/event arrangements for the stakeholders.
- Process all departmental invoices and manage the Ariba vendor, purchase order and invoice management processes to ensure timely payments & track to budget.
- Manage PCard purchases and expense reconciliation.
- Provide support for various projects as assigned.
Required:
- College diploma or university degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or Event Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Executive support roles.
- Excellent knowledge of general office procedures, purchasing, office policies and procedures, telephone etiquette site security system.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Preferred:
- SAP / Ariba
- Social Media experience
